Honoring Rich Cavallaro of Skanska USA Civil

(November 7, 2011/Mineola, NY) Family & Children's, one of Long Island's largest human care agencies, is planning their annual ThanksGiving Ball for Thursday, November 17th at the Garden City Hotel. This year's honoree is Rich Cavallaro, President of Skanska USA Civil. This annual dinner dance raises much needed funds for Family & Children's whose mission is to care for Long Islanders in need. Attendees will celebrate the season of giving by enjoying cocktails, live music, gourmet dining, a silent auction and raffle prizes including: an overnight stay for four at Oheka Castle (dinner included), dinner for two at Beekman Tower in NYC, a golf foursome at North Hempstead Country Club, a signed Jose Reyes Mets jersey and a bat autographed by Met David Wright.

Mr. Cavallaro is being recognized for his support of Family & Children's efforts on behalf of Long Island's most vulnerable children, seniors, veterans, families and communities.
