WHERE: At various prestigious courses in Suffolk County
WHEN: Sundays - tee times ranging from 10-11 am depending on the course being played.
COST: Greens Fees range from $55 to $77 including carts.
INFO: Amenities also vary widely, though most courses offer driving ranges and practice greens.
       The Travel League played the following courses in 2009 and we anticipate a similar schedule for 2010: Cherry Creek (The Woods/Links), LI National, Smithtown Landing, Timber Point, Spring Lake, Pine Hills, Pine Ridge, Islands End, Swan Lake, Links at Shirley, Middle Island and Mill Pond.
       Some courses are well suited to walking, but motorized carts are preferred for League Play. Pace of play is a priority in this league, which is best suited to golfers with intermediate to advanced skills.
        If you enjoy weekend golf and look forward to an 18-hole round at the most desirable venues, you will have a fabulous experience each week with the lively and friendly members of this league. Members congregate informally at the 19th Hole at each course.
